Lifters Club

Consumer Health Data Notice

Effective November 2, 2026

This notice is for residents of Washington State, Nevada and other places with consumer health data laws. It covers the health-related data Lifters Club, run by TPS Collective Inc. (株式会社TPS Collective), collects. It adds to our Privacy Policy, which applies to everyone.

What we collect

Body weight, body fat and notes you log; sore or injured areas you choose to avoid; sets you mark as painful; and information that could be used to infer something about your health, such as your training goal, experience, birth year, sex and height.

Where it comes from

Only from you, when you enter it in Lifters Club, or from a coach you connect when they edit your plan or set targets for your next workouts (with a short note), write notes about your workouts (which can mention pain or fatigue), or, if you let them, log workouts for you (including whether a set hurt).

Why we collect and use it

To build your training plan, leave out exercises that load a sore area, suggest your next weights, and show your progress. We collect it only after you give consent, and we never sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI.

Who we share it with

A coach, only if you connect one: they see your name, photo and logged sets (including sets marked as painful). They see your birth year, sex and height, and your body log (weight, body fat and notes), only if you choose to share them with that coach. Connecting a coach and choosing to share is your consent to share; you can withdraw it at any time by disconnecting them or turning sharing off.

An AI tool your coach chooses, such as Claude: a coach you connect can paste a summary of your training into it, without your body log or which sets you marked as painful. The coach's own notes in it can mention pain or fatigue. That service handles it under its own terms, not ours (see "Coaches and AI tools" in our Privacy Policy). To stop it, disconnect the coach.

Our processors, who handle it only to run the service for us: Supabase (database and photo storage) and Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting). We have no affiliates that receive it. We share it with others only if the law requires it.

When you finish a workout you logged yourself, a coach you connect gets an email with only the session's name and date and how many sets and exercises, sent through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA). None of the health-related data above is in it.
